Today’s guest Carl Hall is the founder and president of Datalliance a provider of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions. Datalliance has specialized helping companies implement and operate successful VMI programs since 1991. They were a pioneer in offering VMI as an Internet-based ‘On Demand’ service using ‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) approach, and have more experience in this field than just about anyone in the world.
Carl’s going to walk us through the importance of raising our game and raising the bar in terms of intellectual conversations with our partners to drive real action towards common goals. He’s going to walk us through a three step process of his world view in terms of how distributors have generated business and how today it’s more important than ever to focus on execution. Carl will also demonstrate how collaborative conversations between distributors and manufacturers can drive operational efficiencies and bottom line results for both parties through these collaborative mindsets.
